I went here to pickup some paperwork for a vehicle I had to bring back to them. Well aside from everyone's awesome personality and professionalism, I could not get over the at home feel I got while here. I've never been inside a dealership that made me want to stay. I would just recommend coming here because it appears they genuinely care. Customer service is their priority.

Sonia was not only an amazing salesman but more than that, an amazing human. She is passionate about her job and genuinely has your best interest in mind. She was a breath of fresh air after dealing with several typical aggressive car salesman earlier in the day. We had a budget and though we had to go slightly above it, they were willing to work with us on coming up with what they needed additionally for approval. Beautiful Business with Awesome & Friendly Employees! My husband & I stumbled across this business on a pass by yesterday. I fell in love with the first vehicle I seen. Sonia Paterson was our helper. She greeted us well, kept us company during the wait, & mostly her passion for helping others was the icing on the cake for us. The owner; we had blast with him also. Got my first financed car here this past Saturday! Mr. Brod and Mrs. Sonia helped get everything done, walked me through each piece of paper work and helped explain things so I felt comfortable and understood what it all meant! What a stellar group of people. I've had some pretty sour experiences with dealerships in the past but VMC absolutely blew our expectations out of the water. Sonia is such a sweetheart, and went well out of her way to help us get into the truck my wife wanted(great call on the Cheddars restaurant recommendation btw)This whole crew is, without a doubt, the benchmark for what dealerships should be. If you are looking for a used vehicle VMC is a great place to shop. I bought my Buick in October 2022. Oscar was patient with me while I was looking at a few vehicles on the lot. When I settled on my 15 buick enclave it was time for the financing which is usually a pain but it was fairly quick and they got me terms that were very good for my unique situations. Unfortunately my car had a mechanical issue three days after purchase and just before I was heading out of town for work. Without question they took my car to the shop and worked with me to use a vehicle so I could go to work. My car came back after service and after a while I had another issue and VMC went above and beyond what they needed to to help me out. I am glad I decided to purchase from them and I believe whomever is reading this should consider doing business with VMC you won't be disappointed.
